Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the prePiano web application (the "Service") operated by prepiano.com ("us", "we", or "our").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of prepiano.com. The name prePiano and the registered trademark PRE PIANO® are protected by Canadian trademark laws and international copyright/trademark treaties. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not:

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service;
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without express written consent;
Use any automated system (robots, spiders, etc.) to scrape data from the Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRE PIANO, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

SPECIFIC HARDWARE DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for any damage to hardware, including but not limited to audio output devices, speakers, headphones, or computer components, resulting from the use of the Service or the audio frequencies generated by the application. Use of the Service is at your own risk regarding hardware compatibility and volume settings.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vancouver, British Columbia.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
